Ratings agencies may have their work restricted in Russia - as deputies try to stop them making politically motivated assessments of global economies. Fog, icy roads, speeding drivers, and incompetent police officers. All these are being blamed for a mass pile-up involving over a hundred vehicles in the Moscow region.
